The RiteLine™ Alamo Prime (B137A) was selected by a Speakers Bureau to help increase the number of engagements they scheduled. The Alamo imprinted with “Max Out the Value” and contact info for the Bureau was part of the package sent to potential bookings. With the tagline and imprint area emphasizing the quality of their speakers and the amount of information shared with attendees the Bureau saw a nice uptick in bookings.

 

Education

As part of a University Fund Raising campaign the RiteLine™ Bedford Roller Pen (R965K) was used to encourage donors to “Sign on the Dotted Line”! Targeted donors were sent personalized pens along with a pledge card. The copy on the pledge card outlined the significance of an immediate pledge and the positive benefits the campaign would have for students.

 

Non-Profit

As part of a Non-Profit Fund Raising campaign the RiteLine™ Ranger Shine (B759M) was used to encourage donors to “Sign on the Dotted Line!” Targeted donors were sent personalized pens along with a pledge card. According to a 2015 AFP Payments Fraud and Control Survey, check washing accounts for more than $815 million in fraud every year. Even more so, prescription drug fraud accounts for more than $10 billion in annual losses. A local Bank used gifts of the RiteLine™ Alamo Metallic (B137K) with Anti-Fraud Blue Ink refills to not only distinguish between originals and copies but to start the conversation with customers about Cyber-security.

 

Bed and Breakfast

Wanting to provide contact information and encourage former customers to make online reservations a Bed and Breakfast gave guests logo-ed RiteLine™ Lavon Stylus Chrome (S135M)  pens. Several times a day as the former guests made notes or used tablets they were reminded of the wonderful weekend spent at the B&B.

 

 Students

A University used the fun and colorful RiteLine™ Celina Stylus Metallic (S121K) for students to complete an online poll about the schools summer initiation camp. Students used the stylus to complete the poll and were then entered into a drawing to win an iPad. The Celina imprinted with the schools admission office website went home with the prospective students to use daily.

 

Internet
An Internet Company gave away the RiteLine™ Lavon Stylus Chrome (S135M) with their corporate logo imprinted on them to its customers. They then created an online game that the customers could play using the stylus. The site encouraged customers to play often and each week the high scoring customer was given a chance to log in to the company’s website and win prizes. This promotion is getting noticed all over the internet and providing the internet company some inexpensive publicity!

Trucking Company
A trucking company was celebrating 10 years in business with a special event for employees, their families, clients, as well as local VIPs.  All attendees received a Gift Bag which included a RiteLine™ Caddo Stylus shine (S713M) as a thank you gift, which was very well received. Several attendees contacted the construction company for more work and commented on how this gift made using iPads and tablets easier to use.

Bank
A Senior Banker, was looking for an upscale gift to give to new clients when they signed their mortgage papers. She selected the RiteLine™ Lucas Stylus pen (S776K). The upscale look of the pen conveyed the feeling the she wanted while not stretching her budget.

Fundraiser – Door Prizes
To add an air of fun to a charity fundraiser, the organizer used the RiteLine™ Southlake Prime (B139A) as part of the silent auction. Since the Southlake is offered in 8 assorted colors, they were randomly given to donors as they entered the event, but only five blue and one green pen were used. Recipients were asked to hold on to the pens as a part of the door-prize giveaway. As the fundraiser concluded, five mid-range prizes were given away to those holding blue pens and the grand prize was given to the one individual holding the green pen. It was a unique twist on selecting winners that was more effective than using the traditional raffle tickets because recipients could take the pens with them for use at home or the office, creating a lasting impression.

  

Resorts
A 5 Star Resort wanted to ensure its guests received the best experience. To encourage feedback on services provided, guests were offered a coupon for use at their next visit in return for completing a short, post-stay questionnaire with the RiteLine™ Caddo Stylus Satin (S713K) attached. The comfortable writing experience offered the feel the resort wanted as well as the trendy style that aligned with its image. The pens were imprinted with the VIP hotline phone number and URL.  The guests were encouraged to take the pens with them so they would have immediate access to the resorts concierge service when they wanted to book another stay.

Sales Meeting
An insurance company was planning its annual sales summit, and it wanted something to complement the Western theme of the event. The RiteLine™ Desoto Prime (B550A) was chosen in conjunction with a Western -themed calendar to help the salespeople save the date for the annual event. The pen’s contoured shape provided the feel and experience the company desired. The pen could also be used to mark important dates on the calendar throughout the year.

Cruise
To celebrate the maiden voyage of a new cruise ship, the captain wanted a commemorative gift for all passengers that was not only functional but also unique. The RiteLine™ Hugo Stylus/Light pens (T950K) in Brushed Gunmetal was selected primarily for its high-end appeal but also because of its Stylus functions for the Cruise lines demographics. These captain’s gifts were packaged in a deluxe gift box and placed in the staterooms of guests as they boarded the vessel.

Distribution Company
 An oil company wanted to thank its distributors for their exceptional sales year. The company decided to send individually engraved RiteLine™ Arlington Stylus pens (S735K)to the executive officers of each distributorship. The pens had the company logo and distributors home city engraved on them. In addition, the company wanted to help the distributors market to their customers by making the pens available for their retail customers.

Real Estate
A real estate company with a large sales force wanted to give a useful gift to each of its salespeople. The company decided on a leather appointment book with the RiteLine™ Denton pen (B728K). The company logo was engraved along with the salesperson’s name on the barrel. The Sales team members received these gifts at the companies summer Family Picnic in order to use for the busy fall buying season.

Mortgage Industry
A mortgage company wanted to increase its share of the marketplace. The company purchased a mailing list of potential first time home buyers and apartment renters in a ten mile radius and mailed out RiteLine™’s Lavon Stylus Metallic (S135K) as part of a package to promote its affordable online mortgage rates. Clicks on the mortgage company website increased substantially.

Recognition
An award was given to a Bank from the local City government for increasing its charitable giving and community service hours. The company wanted to reward their employees and commemorate the event. The company chose to give each of its employees a RiteLine™ Marshall (B790K) in honor of the award. Each pen was personalized with the employee’s name and engraved on the barrel was “Companies don’t succeed, people do. Congratulations on the 2017 Civic Award!”

 

Car Dealership
A car dealership was introducing a new model in the fall and wanted to promote it to potential customers. The car dealer purchased a mailing list and merged it with the dealership’s own database. RiteLine™’s Ranger Stylus Satin (B759K) was selected as the pen’s color perfectly matched the hot new color for the fall. The mailing included visuals of the new car model and a sample of the pen engraved with the customer’s name. The mailing suggested that customers come in and be one of the first to test drive the new model then use the pen to, “Sign the Deal!”
