Due to the ongoing and changing business and social climate associated with the COVID-19 outbreak, RiteLine has been given a “Shelter-in-Place” order by Texas State Officials mandating that we temporarily suspend operations at our Dallas based production facility as of midnight on Monday, March 23rd until approximately April 3rd . However, we are still receiving orders at firstname.lastname@example.org and processing them through the proofing phase. Once proof approvals have been obtained, the order will be held in abeyance until the suspension ends. Additionally, we have limited Customer Support and Managerial staff operating remotely and will be accessible. RiteLine is absorbing the costs associated with these Fed Ex Air rates on quantities of 1,000 units up to 5,000 units.
